My first experience with using the florist was over the phone ordering flowers that was to be given to someone in secret and private as i told the owner of the florist that no one else should know the reasons of flowers being sendas it was private But unfortunately this was not the case as she decided to take it upon her to talk and share this information with the whole garden centre causing problems and issues with the the persons involved really unprofessional will use this this florist ever again .
