They even had the audacity to complain about being messaged at weekends — as if their failure to dispatch an order in the five working days they originally had before Easter isn’t the real issue. Make no mistake: This business is careless, untrustworthy, and extremely unprofessional. Their "customer service" is non-existent unless you publicly shame them. They seem far more concerned with silencing unhappy customers than actually fulfilling orders. If your business can’t fulfil basic promises or treat customers with respect, you shouldn't be operating at all. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them — reliable, responsive, and professional. Something Sparklz Rhinestones clearly has no clue about. Avoid Sparklz Rhinestones like the plague.
