We bought the 365 model and we absolutely love it! Lillevilla is so helpful over the phone and great at responding to emails. They answered and questions we had along the way and gave some great advice. Jimmy and Jay who came to build the cabin for us were just brilliant! We have recommended to neighbours and friends who all love the cabin! Highly recommend!

Great experience from ordering to delivery to installation. Great service and price from Ben, delivered exactly where I asked so as not to get in way of cars, and three very polite and professional installers built my cabin in a day. And most importantly the quality of the cabins is great. Very pleased and will definitely recommend to any one looking for a log cabin.

I was initially very pleased with the delivery and installation of our large 7.4 MTR shed but the door was warped when installed but I hoped it would settle. It did not. However they sent a man to sort it and now all is well.

Product looks good so far Pricing was very good compared to others, installation men did a good job. However I personally found the support and after sales to be poor and. have marked accordingly

What a fantastic company this is. I had our Lillevilla 125 delivered a month ago and wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review to make sure the build went well and it was Ok after a few weeks. I must say that I received fantastic service from start to finish. Delivered on date and time specified with lots of notice. All representative of Lillevilla were brilliant. Whether it was the sales team, delivery driver or fitters, all were professional, friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure whether to build the cabin myself as I've done some big projects before but I decided in the end to pay to have the cabin built and it was the best money I've ever spent. The builders were amazing, friendly, professional, courteous, on time, and kept the site clean and tidy. They had the cabin up in no time and were very conscious of our garden and things around it. The quality of the cabin is brilliant. It's been up a month now and despite the English weather I managed to paint it all in 3 days ( 3 coats all round). I sealed the joints with the sealant suggested by the builders and so far no issues. I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough. It's a lot of money to commit to a project but if you want a quality finish with a strong long lasting cabin then this is the place for you. All of our friends, neighbors and family that have seen it absolutely love it and want one themselves. I shopped around a lot before buying this cabin and even though this was not the cheapest cabin on the market, it's certainly strong, well made and look stunning. I could have bought cheaper from other retailers but I found their communication poor and when I read the reviews I was put off. You get what you pay for. Buy with confidence from lillevilla and make sure you spend time and effort getting the foundations correct. I followed the guidelines sent by Lillevilla on what concrete foundations they wanted for the cabin I bought which helped a lot. Any questions I had were quickly and easily answered by friendly staff. Just fantastic service all round. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Brought the cabin which was fitted within half a day. However the flooring came up twice. They came back to sort the problem the first time. Second time they never bothered. With over 20 emails and calls later, they never came back to fix the problem so I ended up paying another firm to do so. Poor customer service and would not recommend this company at all. Very disappointed.

Brilliant Rasborg cabin. All telephone and email communications with Lillevilla have been first class throughout. The cabin was very well wrapped and protected for delivery. The installer turned up super early on the date agreed and worked with military precision and easily finished the job in one day. The builder who is currently renovating my house was really impressed with the efficiency of the installer and said he would work with him any day. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Really happy with my cabin, I built it myself and found the instructions to be medium to good, the timber and metal fixtures were in good condition. Remember to factor in the hexagonal shingles, the all important base, and timber treatments and paint into your costs. The team are helpful and replaced 2 items in the door handle set (which I broke) without fuss. Good job guys.
